The basis of the policy of the State Unitary Enterprise Center "Uzaernavigation" in the field of management and quality is to ensure flight safety and provide services in accordance with international standards.
The main strategic directions for the development of the enterprise in the field of management and quality are:
- development of a flight safety management system (SMS) that meets the requirements and recommendations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO);
- carrying out a phased modernization of radio equipment for flight support;
- increasing the professional level of the company's specialists;
- improvement of working conditions for employees of the enterprise;
- implementation and continuous improvement of management and quality systems in the structural divisions of the enterprise;
- Maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with partners.
