“In July 2022 I filled in an application form on the website of the Republic of Korea to participate in the “Radar Approach Control” courses, which were developed by the Republic of Korea together with ICAO.
The training took place from December 5 to December 15, 2022at the civil aviation training center of the Republic of Korea, Chongju. There were 13 people in the group from different parts of the world.
We listened to the lectures by professors from the KoreanNational University of Transportation on such subjects as:"Basic concepts of the radar surveillance system", "Standards and Recommended Practices” and “ICAO Safety Management System” - said Michael Kim.
