From February 27 to March 3 this year within the framework of bilateral cooperation between air navigation service providers of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan consultations and exchange of experience were held between specialists of the enterprises in the fields of Aeronautical Information Service and Air Traffic Management.

In preparation for the upcoming audit of the aviation sector of Uzbekistan by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) several issues, affecting critical elements in the field of compliance with the required level of flight safety were discussed, including the problems of professional training of personnel, the introduction of modern methods of providing aeronautical information, aimed to improve the quality of services provided for the needs of international air navigation.
