A meeting was held between the head of the State Unitary Enterprise Center "Uzaeronavigation" Doniyor Djumayev, the director of the agency "Uzaviation" Tokhir Nazarov, and the regional director of the European and North Atlantic Regional Bureau of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Nicholas Rollo.

At this meeting, issues of providing technical assistance in connection with ensuring the quality of flight safety control in the Republic of Uzbekistan were discussed.

For reference: On July 3, 1992, the Parliament of the Republic of Uzbekistan ratified the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Decree of the Supreme Council No. 666-XII dated July 3, 1992, and on November 12, 1992, the Republic of Uzbekistan became a full member of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), one of the main tasks of ICAO is the development and adoption of international standards for a unified program in world civil aviation.
